1. General Provisions
Guests (hereinafter referred to as "Guest") using the services of the AURA Traditional Thai Massage Salon (hereinafter referred to as "Salon") accept the following terms and conditions.
2. Use of Services
The Salon only accommodates healthy guests. Massage does not replace medical treatment, and the Salon does not assume responsibility for any discomfort following the massage. Guests are obliged to inform the masseuse in advance of any health issues, allergies, or pregnancy. Children under 12 years of age may only wait in the salon under parental or guardian supervision. If receiving a treatment, they may do so only accompanied by a guardian inside the massage room.
3. Booking and Cancellation
Appointments can be booked in person at 7621 Pécs, Felsőmalom Street 25, on any day during opening hours between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, by phone at +36 30 750 3980, or online at foglalas.aurathai.hu. Appointments can be booked for treatments no later than one hour before closing time.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. In case of delay, the duration of the massage may be reduced. If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, we reserve the right to cancel the booking entirely — except for prepaid massages — and accommodate another guest.
If you need to cancel an appointment due to illness or any other reason, please notify us at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Fees for online prepaid services will only be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the booked appointment. For guests using a package/pass, if a booked appointment is not canceled at least 2 hours in advance, the session will be deducted from the package.
4. Payment Terms
Service fees can be paid online in advance by bank card or in person before the massage at the salon using cash, bank card, or OTP, MBH, and K&H SZÉP cards. Prices are gross, in Hungarian forints, and charged according to the current price list. Our masseuses gratefully accept tips, but the amount is entirely at your discretion. Tips can be handed directly to the masseuse performing the massage.
5. Conduct Rules
The Salon provides a respectful and calm environment. Out of consideration for other guests, please refrain from loud behavior. All massage services offered at our Salon are strictly non-erotic and intended solely for health preservation and relaxation purposes. Guests are required to behave accordingly. Disrespectful, indecent, or aggressive behavior is prohibited, and guests may not solicit any erotic services from the masseuses. The Salon does not accept intoxicated or unkempt guests. Mobile phones should be silenced during your visit. The Salon reserves the right to refuse services or terminate the massage immediately and exclude the guest from further services in such cases.
6. Liability
The Salon is not responsible for unattended valuables. Any discomfort experienced during the massage should be reported immediately to the masseuse. If the Guest fails to provide the health information required under Section 2, the Salon is not liable for any complications arising during the service.
7. Data Protection
The Salon treats Guests' personal data confidentially, does not disclose it to third parties, and uses it solely for the fulfillment of services.
8. Gift Cards and Passes
We offer the option to purchase gift cards and package passes both in our salon and through our online platforms. Our gift cards apply to specific massage types and durations and are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. After the expiration date, gift cards may still be used if, at the time of redemption, a new gift card of equal or greater value than the service being used is purchased.
Our package passes are also valid for specific massage types and durations. With the purchase of 5 sessions, an additional 2 complimentary sessions are included, and with the purchase of 10 sessions, an additional 5 complimentary sessions are granted. Our 5+2 session packages are valid for 6 months, while our 10+5 session packages are valid for 1 year. Any unused sessions remaining on a package may still be used for an additional 6 months after the expiration date, provided that a new package of equal or greater value is purchased.
For pass holders, if a booked appointment is not canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the respective session will be deducted from the pass.
9. Pets
Although we love pets and own a Siamese and a domestic cat ourselves, pets are not allowed in the Salon. Please arrange care for your dog or cat during your visit.
10. Final Provisions
The Salon reserves the right to modify these terms. The current terms are always available at the Salon and on the official website.
